History

In 2003, Wuxi Yisheng Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded, focusing on the production of operating tables.

From 2005 to 2008, Hong Kong Heal Force Group invested and took an equity stake. In 2008, VG INTER acquired Likang’s equity, and the company relocated to Gaoyun Road to start independent development.

In 2009, it was officially renamed VG Medical Technology Co., Ltd. and began producing surgical lights and medical pendants.

In 2014, the company invested in the establishment of Qiangqiang Information Technology Co., Ltd., marking its entry into the medical informatization sector, and was certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise the same year.

In 2019, the company relocated to the Changjiang South Road Medical Industrial Park, and in 2022, it was recognized as a “Specialized, Refined, Differential & Innovative” Enterprise in Jiangsu Province.

In 2023, VG Medical launched its all-new V-series products, covering surgical lights, operating tables, medical pendants and digital operating room solutions, opening a new chapter in its development.
