Operating Instructions

• With patient supine, disconnect ET tubing

• Place cushion onto patient's face

• Place helmet over cushion

• Turn patient to prone position

• Re-connect ET tubing onto mirror's cogs

• Lift helmet & locate mirror's cogs

• Check face is correctly positioned in cushion

• Adjust cogs to obtain neutral neck line
